We met Nathan when we were looking for a new house, and after meeting with three other mortgage companies. Nathan was by far the best meeting we had and we wanted to use him going forward. Unfortunately, we ended up building through DSLD and used their loan officer to receive a discount. However, we knew that was not our "forever house" so every time we found a new home of interest, we got with Nathan. He never held it against us that we did not use Eustis for our first house, nor did he get annoyed with our indicision with a new house. When we really started getting more serious about moving, Nathan worked with our schedule to meet with us on a Friday evening and spent hours going over options and answering questions. The customer service from Nathan is and has been superior. The experience was made way easier and less stressful because of him and his team.
